I want to upgrade the firmware of my soho91 to 12.4. Is there a document describing the update procedure in detail?!?

12.4 sounds suspciously like an IOS version number to me, not a firmware version number. There are a number of documents on Cisco's site that describe how to do IOS updates.Join the Discussion
