Simultan VPN tunnel and root directory replication from storage pool

Hi I got 3 places on earth, on every place I have a big storage pool. I can connect share (\\\\filebox\\share1\\) and I can also connect via ftp.

Now I like to replicate my root directory. On every place on earth I like to have the same data.

A good Blackbox, it makes 70 simultan IPSec tunnels, also NAT is supported called Linksys BEFVP41:

The only question is now, how to sync and replication data to the different places in all direction? Does exist an all-in-on box (Blackbox) similar like BEFVP41 with synch function (like rsynch in linux)?
