Router dial to Windows 2000/XP pc

Hello all

I am a newbie to this group. I need your help on the following:

The setup is that of a Cisco router dialing out to a Windows 2000/XP PC. PC has a DLINK ISDN card. Router has to dial out to PC via ISDN line. PC cannot dial to router. The solution i have tried to implement is that of PC having RAS server and router dialing to PC and RAS server authenticates the connection. However the connection breaks after a minute or so. I am trying to troubleshoot this issue.

But can anyone suggest a better solution. I have to find a working solution in less than 2 days so a quick reply would be highly appreciated.

Thanks and Best regards Sumit

On the router do some debugs..

terminal monitor -> show the debug output debug isdn q931 -> will show the call setup and disconnection. debug ppp negotiation -> will show the ppp negotiation debug ppp authentication -> will show you why authentication fails.
