route based on destination port

can cisco (6509/sup720/IOS) route based on destination port? I am trying to configure it such that all internal hosts connecting to a certain port outbound (any destination) are redirected to an internal host running a service on that port.

Version 12.2(17d)SXB6, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

what about the reply packets, if a client send a packet out to

formatting link
on smtp port, it expects a reply from
formatting link
otherwise it will drop it right?

I need to configure it such that

formatting link
can be down and my mail sever will still respond as
formatting link
to the originating host.

I don't know 65xx but you can try :

Cisco# ip nat inside source static tcp ? A.B.C.D Inside local IP address
