Here's a quick scenario:
Router A has two WAN interfaces. One multicast receiver is served by each interface. If an MQC policy is applied to the interfaces, and a stream is running one one receiver, starting to view the stream on the second causes both to freeze. It appears that if one is doing DSCP remarking within MQC, this causes the problem. Remove packet class remarking, problem seems to go away.
Sounds like a bug, but nothing in Bug Toolkit. Thanks for your input!
