I assume you mean you have multiple T1s coming in from multiple sites (and/or multiples from the same site) in the chanelized DS3, and you want to multilink PPP some of those T1s together into MLPPP bundles?
Yes, you can certainly do this. I do it all the time. MLPPP bundles in the same DS3, as well as multiple DS3s (all into the same router chassis). Very straightforward config.
Chows up some CPU over per-packet CEF, but its alot easier dealing with a single MLPPP bundle with 4 T1 trunks than 4 seperate per-packet CEF links.
I had once an application of MLPPP multiple channel groups/multi T1 as well with no problem. The other end had some truely bizare gear.
