I just aquired a cisco 2950 switch for our datacenter. We previously had a low end linksys switch which worked ok. When I switched the line that comes from the datacenter switches I get no link on the port. The link coming in is a 10 baseT. We got a tiered T1 1536 mbps bandwidth. It works fine with the other switch. Any ideas? I only need this switch to do layer 2. Is there any special configuration I need to configure on that port?
