I try to connect a Linksys switch to a live LAN with Cisco Switches, I connect with cross-over cable and he lights show fine, but I can get connection from clients, no internet no connection with the LAN. there is some config that I need to to on the Cisco Switch.??

No special config other than making sure its set to an access vlan port and the vlan has a dhcp server in it so that the clients can get an IP address. Also, and I'm sure this is probably not the case from your information, but make sure its not a linksys router else you need to connect the crossover to one of the switch ports (not the wan port) and turn off dhcp on the linksys router.
