Is it possible to multiplex 2 T1 circuits?

Basically, my question is, if I need more bandwidth than a T1 can handle, but I don't need a T3, can I get two T1 circuits and multiplex them?

Yes. However, you have to be carefull about how you do it. If the two path are not exactly the same timing length and you are alternating packets between the two paths, then you can get out of order packet delivery, which can be fairly ineffecient (depending on your configuration and IP stack.)
