How to Make a Pix 501 Console Cable?

I have lost the original DB-9 to RJ-45 cable that I used for console connections. I already have standard patch and crossover cables, as well as a build-it-yourself DB-9 to RJ-45 adapter kit. However, the documentation that I've found on building these cables seems suited for a rolled ethernet cable, of which I do not have. Does anyone know the proper DB-9 to RJ-45 pinout when using either a patch or a crossover? If so, please let me know.

Thanks,

-Jay
