what is the difference between:

and
Policy-map =93wfq=94 class "class-default" fair-queue
interface e0 max-reserved-bandwidth 80 ----- 80% of interface bandwidth service-policy output "wfq"
is max-reserved-bandwidth different from class bandwidth ? how does fair-queue behaviour differrs in this case?
