i am having problem in my cisco router 2621XM series, the problem here, is while Powering up my router, i am getting a error message decoder like example :".!!#$^^^" on the console screen in the PC. what could be the problem? i have checked and chaged the RAM/Flash etc. the same output i am getting on my console screen in the PC.please help me out.
