I have 2 x 7200 Cisco routers on our core network. This morning one of the 7200 crashed and most our network went down! This is the first time this has ever happened but I have no idea what caused it.
I have been looking at installing EMS (Element Manager Software) to manage both 7200 routers. Can anyone let me know if this is an effective tool or if there are better management tools to use??
