My office and remote office has two T1 lines. I am lookinng for a router ( on each end ) that supports these two T1 lines. Searching on Cisco site shows the series 1700 can support the module WIC-2T.
My question is if this router and module can be configure so that these two line will work as one line with double bandwidth of T1 ?
And if one T1 line is down, will the router continue to work with the other ?
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

You can do it with any IOS-based routers. You can simply configure static routes pointing to point interfaces, or use Multilink PPP.

Yes, there's several different ways to setup such a thing, all do what you want quite easily..
But note that the WIC-2T doesn't terminate a T1, and it sounds like you assume it does. Its a serial port that you need to plug in another device like a CSU/DSU into to make work. Could be a big surprise down the road when you try to implement it.
You'll probably want to look at something like a VWIC-2MFT-T1 which will terminate two data T1s for you into the 1700 (given a new enough IOS to support it). Or two WIC-1DSU-T1-V2's will also work. About the same cost either way.

Yes, it would be a big surprise if you didn't remind me about the CSU/DSU. Then when I used the tool the Brad sugggested, I did pay attention to the CSU/DSU option.
