Different IP Subnets on a Cisco 827

HI

What is the best way to bind a 2nd subnet to a Cisco 827

For example

Current is below

Interface Ethernet0 ip address 103.18.115.1 255.255.255.224

need to add a 2nd subnet of 103.23.25.192 255.255.255.192

Thanks
