Cisco Unity + Exchange Issue

Hello,

We have Cisco Unity running and we're trying to import an Exchange user under "Add Subscriber". Normally this process works flawless, unfortunately we are having troubles with one user. When we do a search for this user nothing is returned. All other users at the domain are returned if you search for them.

I have checked permissions and such in AD and ESM and nothing seems out of the ordinary.

Has anyone experienced a problem this before or have any ideas on how to fix it?

This was solved by removing the user and his mailbox then recreating them. After this was done Unity was able to see him.
