Cisco Pix 506e running very hot. Is this normal? open original image

Our Cisco Pix 506e seems to be running very hot. I was wondering if this is normal, and I just hadn't noticed after using it for a year?

I seem to remember reading it has a Pentium II processor inside. Maybe that has something to do with it.

What is the warranty of the 506e, and what phone number in the USA do I call for service? I have SmartNet service on it, but it might have just run out.

Thanks,

Nate
