I searched high and low for screws to attach mouting brackets to cisco routers in my home lab. I was able to ascertain from

that they are #8 1/4 inch flat phillips head screws. While I wasn't able to find them locally at Home Depot, etc, I did find them at microfasteners.com for $4/100. Hopefully that will be useful to someone.
