Hi,
I am trying configure my Cisco 4255 IPS (Cisco 4200 series) -- this is a signature based IPS (which can also be used as a IDS). I am not sure if I should use the default configuration because many of the signatures are either disabled or retired.
I would like to know about the usual configuration used.
I would greatly appreciate any response.
