Quick question, Does anyone know how to activate the t1/e1 ports on a cisco IAD2431? This is brand new IAD and it doesn't recognize them. I can't seem to find anything on the cisco site.

try the global command =B4card type e1 x=B4 where =B4x=B4 is the slot number...
If that does not help, which IOS version are you running ?
