Cisco 7960 can't reset to factory default

Hi,

I just got my hands on a cisco 7960 SIP IP phone. I tried following

but when I press **# nothing happens (the icon still stays in the locked state). There has to be something I can do to reset this damn thing. I don't see a reset switch anywhere and I looked in my DHCP log, it picks up an address but then I can't http into it. I nmaped the thing but nothing is open.
