Cisco 1900 Password Recovery

Cisco 1900 Password Recovery open original image

I perfomed a Password recovery, many times, at my Cisco 1900, but I hadn=B4t any answer from the switch to PC. I checked all Hyperterminal and cables and this is working correctly from another 2 Cisco 1900 switches. Could someone what=B4s going on ??
