Cisco 1800 dot11radio0

I have an 1800 cisco router with a wireless antenna that randomlydrops at least once a week and stays down for a random duration.USually around a several hours, then comes back up.If I do a "sh ip int brie" it shows my dot11radio0 as being "reset". Ihave never seen an interface actually stuck in a "reset" mode. Usuallywhen you do "sh ip int brie" the interface is either up or down.Any clue as to why this client wont auto reconnect back to the AProuter? What is this virtual interface and why is it even beingused? If I have to use it why cant I program it from the CLI?
