cannot connect to AP 1230 with IOS 12.3, works on 12.2...

Hello all,

I have a very simple set up - one open network, another secured with WPA-PSK.

The clients cannot associate to the AP (latest IOS). I changed to another AP with 12.2 IOS, works like a charm. Upgraded it to 12.3.8 -- same problem. (the conf for 12.2 is a bit different, SSIDs are under the interface but the upgrade process change the conf with no problems).

I than took a new AP - 1242, dumped the exact same configuration on it, works excelant. Any ideas?

Here's the config -- Thanks!!

Thanks Brad!

I did that; the configuration is correct for 12.3.8, yet the clients cannot associate...

any more ideas? It seems like a bug, but I have a hard time beliving it is one.

It was something like a bug in older releases. Two SSIDs on the same (Sub)interface were not supported.

It works with 12.3(2)JA6
