CallManager call duration limitation

Hi guys! I'm just wondering, is it possible to limit call duration? I know about an option in Service parameters, but there you can limit call duration only globally for all calls. But I'm searching for more flexible way to do that, at least I want to be able limit all calls for certain users. And also, is it possible to limit calls duration at cisco ios gateway, let's say for pri calls? All your suggestions and ideas will be appreciated!
