Hi In my place, I use wireless internet. But I need to install VPN Client and type my account and password. I don't know why to use VPN Client, because I never use that before. I can't use Netterm this software to connect bbs and play internet games of windows now. But I still can use IE and outlook express.

When you say "In my place", do you mean your home or your workplace?
If you meant your workplace, then your workplace has added security to prevent outside people from borrowing the wireless network, and it has blocked access to locations that it does not see as being related to work functions.
