My access servers has the command:
aaa accounting update newinfo periodic 1440
so I get the IP address of users when they are connecting (this is the NEWINFO) and a periodic update once a day. This worked until I've upgraded to 12.3.13 (had to do so since I've upgraded the processor). Since then I do not get the daily updated. I tried RADIUS with the same version and it works correctly (but I cannot run it on the production system).
I saw a similar bug in 12.2 which has been fixed in 12.2 train. Any idea whether this is a bug, or shall I write the above command slightly different?
