I have a cisco 7970g and I think the factory reset went bad when I tried to do one. It's just booting to the Cisco Systems screen, has a check mark in the left bottom corner and then turns into a bulleyes and then resets it's self after a few minutes. I don't have access to cisco firmware and some of the documentation that tells me what the flashing lights mean. The person I got all my cisco phones off is not replaying to his e-mail.
