Hello,



What is mean faulty status. It is hardware problem or something else. Is it normal status for Supervisor?

A Cisco Catalyst 5500 series switch will report module 1, the supervisor, as faulty when one of the two power supplies is not working.

Turn the other power supply on or else replace the power supply unit if it has failed.
