4510R and traffic monitoring

Possible stupid question, but....

Is there a way that I can have my 4510 forward all traffic to a specific interface so that I can capture that traffic?

SPAN or RSPAN.

I don't have SPAN (for whatever reason) but some googling on that returned the syntax for the monitor function.
