2950 switch and port bandwith limit

Hi all,

I have a 2950 switch "WS-C2950T-24". If wan't limit the bandwith to 2Mbit on a interface FastEthernet0/X. I already now, the speed and duplex command.

Any sugestion how?

It's not possible to downgrade switch ports to 2Mbps speed.
