2620 Max Ram Upgrade

I plan to upgrade my 2620 up to 96 MB ...I've read online about many people who have already done this...How did you do that ?

Are you sure they don't have 2620XM's? Ie. the XM is like the XL for the 2900 switches, allowing Extra Memory.

The 2620 has two identical memory slots, taking 32M SIMMs in each. The

2620XM has two identical memory slots, taking up to 128M SIMMs in each.

The 2620XM would have first shipped with 32M, then 64M, and finally with 96M IIRC.

I never found any way to put more than 64M in the non-XM 2600 line.
