Hi all I was wondering if anyone can help me I am from a Voice background venturing in to the data/Voip world I have a huge blockage mentally... I just do not get subnets, is there a web site for complete idiots or am I beyond help

Do not blame yourself! Complete idiots that have a huge blockage mentally are the ones that do not understand subnets and try to explain them! There are other ones that understand them, but do not know how to explain subnets properly, or they do not want to, unless you pay them big bucks! I went through the same frustration and I was even mocked for asking subnet questions in one of newsgroups on line.
Post questions here and I will try to help for the parts that I understand well.
