My CCNP expired and I am going to take the three (of four) tests again to get it back. Can I go straight to the routing, switching, Remote access, etc. exams, or do I have to start with the basic CCNA exam again? I assume I lost that status as well?
Lost my CCNP. Do I need to take CCNA again?

You need to do everything from scratch.
CCNA, then the FOUR CCNP exams (unless you count the Combined exam as one).
Do them in any order your like, but Cisco won't recognise you as CCNP until you pass CCNA as well.
Ugh. Those bastards.
