What does everyone use to cut the above? Hacksaw, jab saw, some kind of snips?
Anyone have any tips for working with this? I don't have any to share right now.

Panduit has a tool in their catalog for cutting raceway. Very handy.

Yes.
Depending on the finish and the size of the raceway, I'll use whatever's handy and that's my 25 pair cable cutters.
I use the Premier nee Tellure 1/2 and 1" stuff with a base and cover. If I need a reasonalbe finish, I'll use my PVC conduit cutters or a hacsaw.

I've scored it with a utility knife and then bent it at the scoring.
