As danboy said, you can change the MAC address in the properties for your NIC in Device Manager (although not all NICs support this, IIRC). You could also buy this

or get this free and a quick search on google might find you some more downloads. ;-)

That's why you buy a $20 router and just stick it behind the modem. The ISP sees the MAC of the router, to which you can then attach dozens of PCs.
