Are there any key fob controls that have reasonable range? My buddy has a toy x10 unit (SP switch replacement) that was rated to work "up to
130'. It actually has a range of about 20' and that is while standing in the same room as the receiver. He called and they told him that that was the usual result.A Google on the key fob gives a number of hits that look the same as his. The load is 300W incandescent lights. The preferred receiver would be a SP toggle switch replacement but other receivers might be OK.
