We are trying to find the system id for a CallPilot 100. The default ip address must have been changed by someone, so we are having a hard time getting into the system via the network port.
What are our other options? Is it possible to get the system id through a set? Our end goal is to add voicemail boxes. We need the system id to order and then we will need to be able to add the new keycode.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
