Hi, please could someone help, my isp is Tiscali and I have recently bought an ethernet modem, have spent hours trying to connect but it will not let me. I am using windows xp and would appreciate any advice, step by step to get me connected, the modem can see the adsl connection but it is just tiscali will not let me log on, their customer support have been no help as are not interested unless using their usb modem..
