I just received a Netopia R9100 router/firewall and am having some configuration challenges. I thought I had all the IP's that my ISP gave me configured correctly, I can ping my DSL modem (gateway) but am unable to get out to the internet.
I am not having it do any type of username/password check, since my Cisco DSL modem does that.
Is there something someone can suggest that will resolve this problem?

I've set up a few of these. These are not your Best Buy Sunday on Sale router. It sounds like you have multiple static IPs. You'll need to skip the cute menus and go with the Quick Menus and the various IP setups in the upper right of the display or drop into the command line. Subnetting and all that need to be setup.
As a first step you need to download all the technotes and other online documents.
