Wi-Fi Hijack?

Is there a way where I can find out via my router whether anyone (apart from the two laptops in my house) have been piggybacking on my connection? I have a suspicion someone may have got hold of my key somehow!!

Check your router's web interface for:

  • Log files
  • DHCP leases
  • Connected MAC addresses

You could try installing ARPWatch, and tracking the MACs that show up.

A really smart hacker will change his MAC to match one of yours, but most won't bother.
