Check the Belkin web pile for updated firmware. Also check for updated drivers for whatever device you're using to connect to the Belkin wireless router.
Another common problem are DSL service providers using PPPoE. The WAN MTU should be 1492 instead of the usual 1500. This should be automagically set by MTU discovery in the router, but some firmware versions can't seem to get it right. If you want to check for this problem, download and run MTUROUTE.EXE:
