Assigning applications to use different networks

My laptop has an RJ45 connector for direct connection to my dsl modem, but I also have a usb2 wireless adapter.

Is it possible to use 2 different networks at the same time, one wired, one wireless?

For example, if I am using a p2p software I would want it to use my wired connection, if I open up a web browser, I want Vista to first try to see if it can find a wireless hotspot to use.

Can this be done??
