AES vs TKIP

Mar 27, 2005 1 Replies

I switched from TKIP to AES at my work site recently and can't really tell any difference.

Since AES is done in hardware, I would suspect it would be slightly faster.

I know that AES encryption is more secure than TKIP encryption. My question is which is faster AES or TKIP?
