Will connecting a grounding rod to a pc frame enhance wifi signal reception strength on a typical usb radio? If so, should you ground the radio body or the pc frame or both?

2.4GHz is microwaves which does not require a grounded counterpoise for propagation. The length of the ground wire is also such that it becomes an rf choke (inductor), making it useless for RF grounding.Join the Discussion
