someone told me that the Deterministic Network Enhancer might break VPN communications?
Because I'm experiencing some problems with the Cisco VPNclient (latest version) is there anyone aware of that and who can address me in the right direction?
Where should I find out DNE on Windows PC? In the network adapter configuration? I can not see anything. Is DNE related just to specific version of Windows Operating System?
