Well, what do you want it to do? Do you want it to just pass 20 Hz, with no power amplification? Or do you need it to drive a ringer in a phone? The ringer needs a higher voltage, 90VAC, as you could tell if you touched the wires when it was ringing (youch!). So what do you need??
