We are providing an IVR solution that is using an Intel/Dialogic D240JCT1-24 port digital voice board for a customer in Indianapolis. SBC is providing a PRI circuit that will connect to the IVR. The switch is a DMS 100. The application is required to use Two B Channel Transfer protocol to transfer calls. SBC offers this service, but has been unwilling to provide the information elements necessary to program our application.
SBC has stated that the information is proprietary and Nortel will not allow them to release it. We need help confirming the necessary information packets and packet sequences.
Can anyone shed any light on how to do this for me?
