i'm trying to program a ACD group on an old NEAX 1400 system. The problem I have is I'm trying to remove an extension. However I don't see how to do this. I tried to bypass but it looks like its still in the group. It would appear that I need to clear that extension from the group by setting to none as its group# but i dont see how to set data to NONE.
