If subscriber A and B belong to PLMN-A and PLMN-B but currently in MSC-X. Both have made and received calls a moment ago. If A calls B now, will there be any network messaging involved ( like SRI, routing to call to GMSC and back to the MSC-X) or the call can be delivered without any n/w messaging?
